Daniel Eatock (UK)

Daniel Eatock is a UK-based multidisciplinary artist known for his playful and conceptual approach to design and art. His work emphasises processes, coincidences and the relationship between objects and their function. Eatock often creates works where the idea is as important as the end result, giving his art a refreshing, interactive and sometimes humorous layer. Mind over matter, ideas over form.

Eatock and Sabbe think differently, yet their approaches intersect. Bringing their work together sparks a dialogue between playfulness and conceptual art—a true confluence, if you will. This exhibition invites visitors to explore how two distinct personalities, despite their physical distance, share an unexpected connection.

A Belgian graphic designer and visual artist, known for his typographic experiments and unconventional approach to visual communication. His designs balance between art and design, using fonts, colours, shapes and different languages to convey meaning and emotion. His work repeatedly touches on history, politics, religion, and semantics, emphasizing their fleeting nature. For him, nothing is ever quite what it seems—yet, paradoxically, it is. As he puts it, a “sabbeteur des images.”
